Odoo Studio is krachtig maar gevaarlijk — iemand die Studio-rechten heeft kan fundamentele velden en workflows wijzigen. Standaard zijn Studio-rechten gekoppeld aan de hoofd-beheerder rol. U kunt dat loskoppelen zodat alleen specifieke power-users Studio mogen gebruiken.
Het probleem
Standaard: wie "Settings" of "Administration" heeft, krijgt ook Studio. Dat is voor kleine teams prima, maar in grotere organisaties wilt u een consultant of partner tijdelijk Studio geven zonder hem het complete systeem te laten beheren.
Groep aanpassen
Activeer Developer Mode → Instellingen → Technisch → Security → Groups. Zoek de groep Studio / User. Kijk bij Implied Groups: welke andere groepen worden automatisch toegevoegd als iemand deze krijgt?
Eigen role aanmaken
Maak een nieuwe groep Studio Power User. Geef die de Studio-rechten maar géén Administration. Ken de groep vervolgens toe aan de betreffende gebruikers. Zij kunnen nu Studio openen, maar kunnen geen users, bedrijven of security settings wijzigen.
Best practice
Gebruik Studio-rechten altijd tijdelijk — activeer ze voor een sprint, deactiveer daarna. Documenteer elke Studio-wijziging (velden, automations, views). Bij Odoo-upgrades kunnen Studio-aanpassingen breken en dan wilt u weten wat er is aangepast.

The problem
By default: whoever has "Settings" or "Administration" also gets Studio. For small teams that's fine, but in larger organizations you may want to give a consultant or partner temporary Studio access without letting them manage the entire system.
Adjusting the group
Enable Developer Mode → Settings → Technical → Security → Groups. Look up the Studio / User group. Check the Implied Groups: which other groups are automatically added when someone is given this one?
Creating your own role
Create a new group Studio Power User. Give it the Studio permissions but not Administration. Then assign the group to the relevant users. They can now open Studio, but cannot change users, companies or security settings.
Best practice
Always use Studio permissions temporarily — enable them for a sprint, then disable them afterwards. Document every Studio change (fields, automations, views). During Odoo upgrades, Studio customizations can break, and then you'll want to know what was changed.
