Oplossing: in Instellingen → Gebruikers zet u bij Sales de rol op User: Own Documents Only. Odoo filtert automatisch record rules: gebruiker ziet alleen documenten waar hij 'salesperson' op is. Managers (Administrator) zien alles.
Tip: per team kunt u met Team Leader-rol ook teamoverschrijdende rechten geven — zo ziet een salesmanager alleen zijn eigen team, niet alle teams. Dat is fijner dan alles-of-niets.

Solution: in Settings → Users set the Sales role to User: Own Documents Only. Odoo automatically applies record rules: the user only sees documents where they are the 'salesperson'. Managers (Administrator) see everything.
Tip: per team you can also grant cross-team permissions with the Team Leader role — this way a sales manager sees only their own team, not all teams. That is more convenient than all-or-nothing.
