Oplossing: ga naar Magazijn → Operations → Physical Inventory. Maak een telling aan (per locatie, productcategorie of alles). Odoo genereert een teltijdsjabloon; medewerkers vullen de werkelijke aantallen in via de app (inclusief barcode-scan). Bij valideren boekt Odoo automatisch de verschillen tegen een inventaris-afwijkingsrekening.
Tip: doe niet één jaarlijkse totaaltelling maar cycle counts: elke week een deel van de voorraad. Minder werk, accurater, en u ontdekt problemen (diefstal, foute boekingen) binnen weken in plaats van maanden.

Solution: go to Inventory → Operations → Physical Inventory. Create a count (by location, product category or everything). Odoo generates a count template; employees enter the actual quantities via the app (including barcode scanning).
